A quick belated update

I apologize for the delay...and for the shortness of this update. I got hit with the flu this weekend and it has been killing me!!! My in-laws arrived on Sunday in the middle of it all. I think I am finally coming out of it, but still not feeling well today.
For those who have been asking...the inspection went amazingly well!!!! NO ROOF ISSUES!!! We have one minor plumbing issue to have repaired in the basement. We were shocked!!! The buyer is doing a SONYMAE loan, which we are told can take a long time. Closing date is scheduled for June 27, but it will likely be bumped into July due to his loan. I would gladly welcome the extra days to spend with family and continue the packing process...oh wait!...that hasn't begun yet because I don't know where to begin! More later...
