Still Spinning!

After a week in NY, lots of family time, visiting friends, flights, sleepless nights, sniffy noses, and LOTS of food my mind and my heart are still spinning. We had an amazing time! I realized last night that my kids are pretty amazing!!! They were troopers on the plane and did quite well for a week without Daddy and sleeping in various places. It was so good to be with family...SO GOOD!!!! Still can't quite put it all into words! So good to see my kids play with their cousins who we've missed so much!!! So good to go to church and worship in a place that feels like home. SO good to walk through the aisles of Wegmans...you forget how great a grocery store can be!! So good to simply be surrounded by familiar people and places! As I let the memories of last week continue to soak in and become real, I will leave you with a few of my favorite pictures.

Paige and cousin Zach getting ready to play in the snow!! She was so excited! She talked about this for weeks before the trip and mother nature cooperated to make her dreams come true! Thanks to my sister who went and played with them, while I stayed warm inside...snow has never been on my list of favorite things! We had a playdate with some of our old friends. Charlie, Paige and Cameron spent lots of time together last year and were quick to pick up where they left off!!We had a fun afternoon at Strong Museum of Play...one of our favorite places!! Paige and Meghan loved the "George" room! After a failed attempt to have the cousins photographed professionally (grumble, grumble...) we took a few quick shots at home. Zach had enough waiting around and found something more exciting to do...who could blame him?
There will probably be more to come...once I have digested all the love and memories! I am slightly overwhelmed and totally exhausted!
