Differing Definitions

I guess when it comes to selling houses, "quick" can be defined in many ways. When we listed our house we mentioned being hopeful that whatever happened, it would happen quickly. That, to us, was within 2-3 months of time. After less than one week on the market, we are meeting with our realtor tonight to review at least 3 offers. When she called at 9:30 this morning she said the phone was ringing like crazy with calls about our house. I will be home to show it at 4:00 today, then to her office to see how many offers we have. At this point, you better believe we are not settling for anything! If this many people are interested this quickly, we should easily get what we have asked!!! I will update you tomorrow.
